Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
At Clik, we currently offer selected products through subscription plans. We do not offer pre-orders or “try before you buy” services.
This policy explains how subscriptions work and how you can manage or cancel them.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each billing cycle unless you choose a prepaid option (if available).
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term unless canceled in advance.
Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
To manage your subscription:

Please note:
- Any cancellation or changes must be made before the next billing date
- Once a subscription order has been processed or prepared, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified
No Pre-Orders
We do not offer pre-orders. All products available for purchase are in stock and ready for processing.
No “Try Before You Buy”
We do not offer a try-before-you-buy option. All purchases are final once processed.
Refunds & Returns
Subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
As stated in our policy:
- Orders cannot be refunded or returned once prepared or delivered
Customized & Delivered Products (No Refund Policy)
All customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances once the order has been prepared, processed, or delivered.
Additionally, all products that have been successfully delivered or prepared are non-refundable and non-returnable, regardless of the reason.
